What we did learn-Personal Reflective #5

My Cultural Diversity teacher told me before that the most important material for your personal life to fight the world is Culture diversity, I asked myself why? , after few days I knew that the Culture Diversity is very important for me as my teacher said because it taught me to how to be proud of myself and my own culture, it taught me how to respect other different cultures, it made me keeping want to learn more and more about the different cultures in different places. In culture diversity class I knew the Demographics of the UAE and what is the percentage of the Muslims in the UAE. I learned about Disability insurance, how we should treat them and help them to stand again on their feet. Also Multicultural society, how the different culture deal with each other in one country.  I knew new words that I didn’t know before that concern with culture diversity like: Stereotyping, Prejudice, and Discrimination. Forevermore culture diversity teacher talked about the gap year, What it the gap year? Where we should be in our own gap year? And why? The last things that I took are the examples of using culture diversity in real life like the example of UAE & Cambodia, and the speech of Barak Obama using body language. This material also made my English skills growing up as I keeping study. I am now better than the first time, I was very weak in grammar and English vocabulary, but now I am better than before, and that because culture diversity (really).
