Gap
year definition is the year between finishing school and starting higher
education to entitling you skills for your higher education or even for your
own life. There are many benefit of gap year for the students, for example: transport
yourself and promote your skill while you living there, taking some responsibility
outside, and entitle yourself for studying. The UAE should start sending the
students here to outside of country, but I think UAE will be too late will
still late because some reasons, one of the reason is our traditions. About
myself, I really would to have a gap year in Japan, I want to learn their tradition,
language, and the most important for me is to learn the Anime drawing. UAE and
Cambodia in the past had no connection, but now UAE and Cambodia have many
things that connect between them, for example UAE is import some fruits that we
don’t have from Cambodia, on the other hand UAE export the oil to Cambodia and
to the other near countries.
I
think the two are gaining, children and volunteers. Many people said the volunteers
does not gain anything from volunteering because they does not get money or any
material things, but that is wrong because the money is not every
things. The first two things that volunteers get are respect and trust from the
people and the country, also they educate them self with culture diversity,
finally get friends. All of us can teach any skill to anybody by their desire
if they want or not, that is up to them.
